During our seminar, we were able to treat because of the limited time only a tiny part of the changes that result from the Web 2.0 in the areas of economy, politics and governance. excluded completely, for example, were the media, which is all the more serious since they, as an integral part of the so-called intermediate system, as the "fourth", an outstanding importance also and especially for democratic systems. So I want in the next few weeks to take this opportunity once again to more interesting articles that deal with this issue.
