From day one, no one cared about him, with a few minor tasks he was left alone. On demand of the staff, he was told that they had no work for him. As a result, he sat around and killed time. Which in turn meant that the boss shouted at him, he should not sit around. He decided to cancel the internship. We have found a new job with another craftsman who is able to transfer student internships, activities that allow an insight into the profession. Thus the issue was by me. However, I then received a letter in which the owner of the Carpenter wrote to the school that my son had not shown any interest in the processes in operation. Literally it means: "All trainees will be with us - as far as possible - integrated into the workflow or have the ability to one of our companions carefully monitor the processes with / to make handouts." Interesting wording, which means, in effect: "Stand next to our fellows and watch them - but sit here not go."
